WORK IN PROGRESS:
First of 6 completed paintings in a study of Japanese flower arrangements.

 

HISTORY: The first to be completed in a series of six paintings featuring Japanese style floral arrangements; each done with a pastel background ranging through the six primary colors of the rainbow with a surprise in the the seventh.

 

All six are the same size canvas but the seventh is larger.

With the millions of plant life forms that we live with there is a fascinating abundance of wonderment to paint.

Title: "GLORIOUS MORNING" is one of the earliest acrylics on canvas done in the 1986.

16 by 20 inches.

HISTORY:  This painting was reported to be "gone missing" while on exhibit at the MUDDY YORK RESTAURANT during the month of March, 1988 in Toronto, Canada. went missing along with a sister painting entitled "TWO BIRDS OF PARADISE"

$1,000.00 reward to whoever recovers each of these two paintings.
